"Everything was great"

"The staff was very friendly, the price of the rooms was great! There was plenty of parking. I'm handicapped, so I appreciated how many spots were available. My jacuzzi was super clean and worked very well, and the bathrooms were very nice. The bed was comfortable. The only complaint I would have is the WiFi speed. I kept getting kicked off and I couldn't upload my YouTube videos so I lost 2 subscribers. Also, if you want to stream, I would advise bringing a RoKu."

"The hotel is clean. The woman who checked me in was nice. However, when I called the next day about a random additional charge on my card, the person I spoke to was very unpleasant. "Check was fast and easy. Room was clean. Plenty of towels and hair care products. Breakfast was delicious and varied daily. Staff was always friendly. Pool area was nice. Con: Rear door was never closed, not sure if key card reader worked, security concern. Water was leaking around the bottom of the door. Our rooms AC unit was a bit noisy/loud when it kicked on. Other than that, great stay, comfortable beds, coffee maker…thanks would stay again."

"The facility was very dirty. Bugs were everywhere, even in the rooms and showers. Opening and closing the doors made so much noise. The breakfast could’ve been better if there were no flys around. I understand there was construction going on but then you keep the customers away from that floor or atleast give them rooms that aren’t affected by it. The best part of the whole experience was the waffle maker. Other than that NEVER staying there again."

"The woman at the front desk for check-in was so nice, helpful and informative. She had no issue when I returned to the desk with two bath towels and a hand towel that appeared to still be dirty. The room was FREEZING and smelled like stale pot smoke. One bed had holes in the sheets and "comforter." The beds were way too squishy. When I sat on the edge, I felt like I was sitting on the floor. The floor was sticky and dirty. I forgot my slip on shoes, so I left my shoes on as long as I...
