"The staff was very friendly, the price of the rooms was great! There was plenty of parking. I'm handicapped, so I appreciated how many spots were available. My jacuzzi was super clean and worked very well, and the bathrooms were very nice. The bed was comfortable. The only complaint I would have is the WiFi speed. I kept getting kicked off and I couldn't upload my YouTube videos so I lost 2 subscribers. Also, if you want to stream, I would advise bringing a RoKu."

"The woman at the front desk for check-in was so nice, helpful and informative. She had no issue when I returned to the desk with two bath towels and a hand towel that appeared to still be dirty. The room was FREEZING and smelled like stale pot smoke. One bed had holes in the sheets and "comforter." The beds were way too squishy. When I sat on the edge, I felt like I was sitting on the floor. "The hotel is clean. The woman who checked me in was nice. However, when I called the next day about a random additional charge on my card, the person I spoke to was very unpleasant. If you’re traveling with a dog, do NOT stay here. The pet fee is $75! Most hotels have between a $15-$25 dollar pet fee. I was told what the fee was when I checked in. "There is no elevator at this hotel. As someone that has bad knees, elevators are important. I told her I would need ground floor as climbing 3 flights of stairs would be quite painful for me. She then asked what was wrong with me that I couldn’t use the stairs. She said I should’ve indicated that when I reserved the room. I said I’ve never seen a hotel without an elevator or I certainly would’ve. Very condescending."

"The facility was very dirty. Bugs were everywhere, even in the rooms and showers. Opening and closing the doors made so much noise. The breakfast could’ve been better if there were no flys around. I understand there was construction going on but then you keep the customers away from that floor or atleast give them rooms that aren’t affected by it.
The best part of the whole experience was the waffle maker. Other than that NEVER staying there again."
