Absolutely perfect. Came solo and loved it. Everyone was nice. Place was spotless. Amenities are nice and useful. Right in the heart of downtown too without feeling dangerous. Parking is the only bad thing. No parking at all. Have to pay for outside parking which is around $40 a day at the garage

The room smelled like molded wet towels. I really got a room just to sleep before driving back after the concert, but I just didn’t feel it was clean before my arrival. Staff was great one lady taught me how to ride the transit to get to my concert.

The bed was very comfortable! I would not recommend the top bunk, if you are older than 20. The laundry room needs some way to track the people that are using the machines as the staff was not willing to manage taking out guest clothes when they were not prompt to remove from machines. Overall I would stay there again it was convenient. Bring a sleeping eye mask if you need a nap during the day hours.
