"Wonderful in every way. Exceeded expectations. Rooms were clean and spacious. Home was perfect. Staff were courteous and very informative. And the breakfasts were as good as anything we ate all weekend. Next time we are in New Orleans, we will certainly stay at Ashtons."

"Very beautiful hotel. Loved the courtyard, fragrant with jasmine flowers and a nice pool. Was a little weird to try and park or check in as you need a room key first, but I figured it out. Easy walk to Bourbon Street and excellent breakfast, better than most best western’s."

"Our bed was comfortable. Bedding and towels were crispy white. Lots of fluffy towels including several face cloths. The room was updated with a cute, red refrigerator and lamps with USB-C outlets by the bedside. We were in room 2, close to the office. Despite the immediate proximity to so much, it was much quieter than I expected. Staff made a great effort to accommodate, like dropping and picking up bags early/late despite not being fully staffed (which we knew.) My only complaint was the...

"Was a very clean hotel and staff was easy to find and helpful. Breakfast there was nice. From the restaurant to the food!"

"The location was ideal. Only a few blocks from Bourbon Street. Staff was really friendly and helpful. My husband and I hated the room. It was a small bedroom with a bathroom. There was one window but since the shutters were nailed closed outside, the window was of no use for lighting. Water pressure was non existent. Also,there was no fridge in the room making it hard to keep leftovers. The walls were dirty. It looked like there was black mold on the ceiling (not 100% sure). Paint in bathroom...

There was no fridge, no nice sunny windows or a cute door with windows, no deli, no security, no clothes dryer to use after getting wetThere were RATS, neighbors that yelled at us for talking, mold on the shower curtian, jack hammering right behind our bed at 7am"

"Very secure hotel . Assigned key fobs to enter room and building. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Housekeepers stepped in to fix and issue with my room and they meet satisfaction and if needed they come do service. I really recommend this hotel. Rooms are a full size apartment. Very safe location and the mini mart next door was a life saver. Can’t wait for a return trip. Thank you all. "
