"Unique"

"Our bed was comfortable. Bedding and towels were crispy white. Lots of fluffy towels including several face cloths. The room was updated with a cute, red refrigerator and lamps with USB-C outlets by the bedside. We were in room 2, close to the office. Despite the immediate proximity to so much, it was much quieter than I expected. Staff made a great effort to accommodate, like dropping and picking up bags early/late despite not being fully staffed (which we knew.) My only complaint was the...

"The staff here in particular the front end (Betsy) and the gentleman who held our bags were phenomenal. I would recommend a change in the pillows and the flooring, it was soft in some spots. The beds were comfortable. The balcony view was great. The location was good to all amenities. Noise level was low near Bourbon street. I would have enjoyed lounging at the pool, however there were only 3 Thank you!"

"Great location for access to Bourbon street, shopping, restaurants, Jackson Square and the Green Line streetcar to the Garden District. The hotel was very clean. Our room was fairly spacious, clean and comfortable. Separate sitting area with TV, kitchenette with sink, coffeemaker and refrigerator. Bedroom nicely furnished, TV and comfortable bed with upscale linens. Val-let parking was excellent. Car was parked in a locked garage directly across the street from the hotel and Val-let personnel...

"Perfectly fine, but not top tier. Seemd to be a bit of a skeleton staff, but they were very friendly and helpful. No restaurant and the coffee shop was closed a couple times it wasn't supposed to be.... Apparently someone was sick and had no backup. Room was fine, but a little noisy. Not a bad place, certainly, but not my favorite."

"The staff at the front desk was not super helpful aside from being rude. The concierge was wonderful and 5 stars to him. He made sure our checkout was seamless and called us a cab to the airport. Any other information that we asked from the front desk was given without the idea of people who don’t live there. There is only one complimentary water bottle offered per room no matter how many guests. If you call and ask for another one they will tell you no. We asked if there was a way to look over...
