Nice place overall. Staff very pleasant. Only 2 elevators for 27 floors and one of them was out of order for a bit. Not a deal breaker but a nuisance. I’d go back.

Hyatt Grand Central New York
The room was good, although there was some noise at night....I think it was the aircon systems, eventhough ours was off at night. The hot water didn't work for a day, but they fixed that quickly when reported, I was disappointed that they charged $4 per bag for holding on day of departure & arrival. ...
