Lotte New York Palace
Front desk not one smile! Didn’t feel welcomed at all by the lady that was working the front desk! Beds, terrible. The only great thing about that place was George and housekeeping staff. I stayed next to what seemed a playground. Kids yelling all day next to room 3025

The staff were so incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the room was clean, surprisingly spacious for Manhattan, and comfortable. The location cannot be beat, and the breakfast was AMAZING.
