"Do NOT book a room here! This place somehow had a 6.8 rating and I wasted some of my Key Cash staying at this dump. The room they initially put us in had hair and flakes of something in the bed and on the pillows. A dirty towel was also left in the bathroom. The mini fridge didn't work and the temperature control knob was broken off. The TV also didn't work at all. It wouldn't even turn on. The electrical outlets were also hanging out of the wall and some didn't work. There was no ice available at any machines in the hallways. There was a sign that you could get some near the front lobby, but I didn't bother looking at that point. The hallways reeked of weed, even though the desk clerk was adamant that they didn't allow pets or smoking. This "hotel" is somehow a part of the Choice Hotels group. They should immediately disassociate themselves with this place. "

"Our stay here was great. The staff was amazing both the hotel and pool staff. Great food selections. Indoor water park was awesome, our kids loved it. The rooms were fantastic clean, spacious, updated, very well put together. Highly recommend this place for families, we will be back. "

"I appreciated no carpet in the room; however, when you do that, you’re able to see where they couldn’t have vacuumed or mopped the floors from the hairs and stains found throughout. Makes me wonder about the toilets, sink, and shower! The blinds were moldy/stained all across the bottom. Some stains on the linens as well. The front desk lady was super nice, but unfortunately that’s the only real positive I could give. "

"Clean room, friendly staff but towels were not stocked either night of our stay and there was no soap. The place smelled like weed in the parking lot, entrance, elevators and hallway. And one elevator was not usable. "
