"We have stayed here several times as our son lives in Portland. This time was very different. Our room was cleaned one time in 6 days. Had to keep asking front desk for towels. When we td them what was going on they just oh. No apology or I will take care of it for you. Didn’t clean the next day after that conversation. I finally spoke to the manager on our last night there and she apologized. She said the least I can do is have someone empty your trash, that didn’t happen. I think it’s time to move on from this hotel."
"It had been years since I stayed here and wanted to revisit because of the location. While I didn't dislike the stay, a few things could and would have made it much better. Housekeeping missed quite a bit of details that would have made the stay more comfortable. My room was a bit dusty. The glasses/mugs weren't washed/cleaned properly. Apparently the room hadn't been vacuumed thoroughly since there were crumbs and clothing stands visible throughout. The biggest issue was the mold in the shower, which I brought up to the front desk and they insisted it was not removable. I was able to scrape it and remove a small bit , so I'm confident that they could have also. Spray it with bleach or ammonia (I suggested that). That was apparently ignored even after I was told someone would come by.
Not expecting perfection, but another set of eyes should be sent to make sure the job is being done correctly."
"Muy cómoda la habitación y céntrica creo
Lo malo, el parking es limitado al numero de habitaciones qué tienen
La habitación tiene un poco de pinta de viejita/descuidada pero para pasar la noche esta bien.
La malo que una de las camas con tantito qué te movieras rechinaba mucho"
"There wasn't much to choose from for breakfast. They didn't seem to replenish much after it was gone. Walls are SUPER thin. My friends and I got a knock on our door saying we needed to quiet down when we weren't even being loud. Just sitting on the bed chatting, listening to music at a very low volume. After that we felt the need to whisper which was annoying so we just went to sleep. Staff was super friendly and the valet guys were very personable. "
