Room was had a slight mildew smell wich im sure they will are working on staff in nice and seems to take care of any problems stayed here a couple weeks earlier and was in different room the smell might just be that room but it was pretty cheap and its in a quiet location 7-11 right next door

Mostly clean bed and cleanish shower, did not get bedbugs. Room smelled terrible tho. Door lock was half-broken, walls and door were paper thin and there was lots of noise all night. Many people loitering around. Located right next to a schetchy 7-11. Staff was not hospitable, barely spoke english. Would not return

Good location if you’re going to Busch Gardens but that’s about it. The rooms are scary looking like a crime scene. The smell of cigarettes is unbearable. The lighting is dim and the room is yellow from the stains on the walls and light fixtures. The bed is suspicious and the sheets are questionable. The shower was cool thankfully. There’s a small kitchen set up but it’s so tacky. The whole place is an eye sore.

Old motel that is iNOT well kept. Had toilet water leak from upstairs into my room. My room was 50 feet from a busy 7/11. A person worked on his car just outside my window from midnight to 2 AM.

Room was ridiculous disgusting. Had a female menstrual cycle stain on the comforter. dresser held together with screws hanging out. 3 weeks still waiting on my refund. with that being said 175 bucks for 1 night that i slept in my car with my kids. It was that to want to sleep in the car.

Nice location. Next to a 7-11 store. 15 mins local drive to Busch gardens. 15 min local drive to Newport News city center. Hotel itself is below expectations compared to the price. Okay for just stay for a couple of nights.

Flush problematic, dirty couches and chairs

Flush was not working at all. Imagine you are on a trip and you have to sit and watch getting flush fixed. The guy at front desk didnt have printer working so wasted another half hour standing. overall ridiculous
