"Before arrival, I called and messaged the hotel multiple times to inquire the shuttle bus service, but I received no response—not even when contacting them through the booking intermediary, Expedia. The hotel lacked even basic in-room amenities, such as drinking water, I have to go very far to buy. The signage directing guests to the rooms was also unclear. A renowned brand like Sheraton should certainly offer a higher standard of service."

The hotel’s amenities, including the fitness center and common areas, were well-kept and added value to the stay. The only reason I’m not giving a full 5 stars is due to a few small issues. "The only thing I have negative to say about this place, is that it's dated. There are DVD players in the rooms and you can check out movies at the front desk. The colors in the rooms are putrid lol. Other than that, the place was great, the beds are super comfortable, the staff is pleasant and we had a great time. "
