Breakfast on Saturday morning seemed like it was left over from the previous day. Pictures made it seem super clean but I think next time we would spend extra money to stay somewhere else."

"I don’t understand the decent ratings for this place. I got there and there were no luggage carts in existence (I don’t believe they were just being used, I left at 6 am and there were none then either). The room itself was ok, but the vinyl flooring needed to be mopped, my feet got dirty from walking around barefoot. There was no shampoo/conditioner in the bathroom and no hair dryer either (although I was able to get one from the front desk). Bed sucked, it was hard and lumpy. The morning I was leaving, I went to get ice. Ice machine didn’t work either. I wouldn’t stay here again."

"The room was clean, staff friendly, a warm breakfast. The third night we were there, the hotel was full and the showers that night were lukewarm to cool. Also, I thought we reserved a room with queen beds, but they were full beds. Overall a good experience and since we came after Tulip Time the price was right."

"It's a dated Best Western property (circa late 90's) and it looks the part. However I did enjoy my stay despite the lack of modernism. The hotel definitely shows its age from the lobby to the rooms. The room was adequately clean despite the mold in the washrooms. With some TLC and some attention to detail this could be a nice budget property. 4/5"
