"Sheets had stains on them and found bedbugs on BOTH beds as soon as I arrived. There was also not any toilet paper and the room was incredibly small considering how much they charge for it. The two beds barely fit and all there is left is a space in between the beds for you to place your stuff. There isn't even a trashcan inside the room, so you would need to either go down the stairs and go outside and throw your trash away or use the small trashcan in the bathroom."

"Staff not friendly during disturbance late in the night, didn't send security to floor, repeatedly asked for room number, which wasnt relevant as the hallway was where the incident was occuring."

"This place was disgusting. The lobby, elevator and hallway floors were visibly filthy and the entire place smelled like rotting food. Staff was hard to find and get ahold of. I had to extend our stay by one day and they still came aggressively knocking and opening the door the morning of the old check out date. I was also double charged for the last day. Don’t waste your time or money here! "

"The rooms are clean and comfortable. But communication is poor. I booked a room through Expedia and selected a room with photos of a king bed and pullout couch. When I arrived, I was told that my room only had the king bed and was asked if I wanted to upgrade. I asked to change to a room with either 2 queens or a king with a pullout couch. Then they told me they were at capacity and had no other rooms, but they could make the change if I came back the next day. This same conversation happened...

"Having to pay 20 person is absolutely ridiculous. Plus 20 for parking. 2 a piece for a can of soda. Beds were very uncomfortable. Getting woke up very early morning hours because of the noise in the hallway. Will never stay there again or recommend. "

"The best thing about this hotel is its location and its breakfast. It is right in the middle of Brighton and 5 minutes or less from the B Green Line and 10 minutes from the C Green Line. The neighborhood has some cute diners, restaurants and cafes. The included breakfast is decent, with waffles and eggwichs, fruit, yogurt, cereal and plenty of coffee and tea. The free cookies are a big hit. Housekeeping is available only on request, and the request has to be made by 12 noon. The rooms...

"We've stayed here on a number of occasions visiting our Northeastern Student. This time was simply to visit the Museum of Fine Arts and the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum. Location is great. Walkable to a couple of restaurants. Above normal continental breakfast in the morning. Limited parking on the ground floor (you need to have your room key to access BEFORE you try to enter or you'll get stuck on a very steep incline with not many options to back out. "The people here were amazing. Every interaction was delightful from start to finish. That being said, the property could use some work. The elevator sounded sketchy, and the room could use updating and maintenance. Despite the disrepair, the staff was so wonderful I would come back regardless. Thank you to the front desk staff, the housekeeping staff, and the breakfast/kitchen staff. "

"We were there for 2 days and never had maid service! The 2nd night we came back around 10:00 pm, after being out since 11:00am, and no one had come to the room, to make the beds and replace used towels, and we needed clean towels! We called to the Lobby and 45 minutes later someone shows up at our door with one towel!! I personally went down to the lobby and got more towels. Not what I felt like doing after a busy day. I expected better from Marriott!"

"The place was spacious, clean, quiet , and conveniently located, near to supermarkets and public transport. We stay for Boston marathon 5 nigths so price was much higher than normal, this means that even it was a good place to stay , it was very expensive. We were 2 persons but it only has 1 chair, no sofa or any other place to sit. This was my only issue."
