The hotel was great. Staff was very friendly. Rooms were clean. Onsite restaurant was very convenient. Only disappointing thing was the pool. Advertised as heated but it wasn’t.

DoubleTree Fallsview Resort & Spa by Hilton Niagara Falls
We had a terrible stay We arrived to 30 security guards as the government was housing a group at the hotel. The language from the group was horrible and it seemed out of control Our children were scared. We should have been informed of the situation before we arrived
