"Don't like that, you have to pay for water in the room, really? They make enough money or the casino in the bar and restaurants come on. $2 out of water went to Allegheny casino. Didn't read the little thing couldn't believe. I got to build on my credit card, come on."

"It was a great location and facility. Unfortunately, only one main restaurant open and the main one closed at 8pm. The bar in the casino was closed and didn’t open up to very late. Alcohol in the gift shop was more than double on the floor. Reached out to management with no reply. Lack of concern with regards to customer satisfaction I guess."

"First of all they gave us a room with less beds than the number of guests we had and made us pay for an extra bed we couldn’t even use. The bathrooms were dirty, lots of mildew in the shower… only gave us 2 towels per room, though we were booked for 5guests a room (I had to go down to lobby to get more towels and had to go out for shower gel as ours was completely empty before we arrived.. Needed extra comforters, they said they had none as they were still being laundered (at 11pm)…. I also had...
