The check-in staff was very helpful and patient. Supermarket, convenience store and udon restaurant within walking distance and closing at late night. Spacious dedicated car park nearby for hotel customers.

Good location and price but it is really 3 star service and amenities. No communal bath, no info in Japanese or English about the huge festival, big but basic breakfast. Recheckin required for extension.

The hotel was clean and efficient, but lacked amenities and personality. For example, there were no places nearby to eat dinner. There was a large supermarket nearby though, so we were able to buy food and eat in our small room that had a view of the parking garage. Fine for one night though: clean, safe, quiet. It would have been better if Expedia had offered a choice of room types, such as higher floor, room with a view, or โ€œsuperior double.โ€
