"We stayed overnight so we would be here in the morning for college registration. Our stay was great. The rooms are big and clean and very comfortable. There are a lot of food and snack and toiletries/supplies options available. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and had a ton of great options available. Overall a wonderful stay and we're looking forward to staying here more often with family while our daughter attends college."

"This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had. The room was filthy and clearly not cleaned properly before our stay. There were stains on the mattress, the blankets smelled heavily of mildew, and there was visible mold in the shower. On top of that, the hotel only provided one pillow per bed. When we politely asked for extra pillows, we were told we would have to pay an additional fee, which is absolutely ridiculous considering the condition of the room. The lack of cleanliness and poor customer service made this stay extremely uncomfortable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone."

"The room was not clean. We had to clean the toilet and toilet bowl lid prior to using due to very nasty. There was nicotine running down the walls instead of being cleaned even though it was a smoking room. The provided shampoo and conditioner were empty. Stained sheets where you lay like someone bled on the sheet and they failed to dispose of it. All in all just a very bad experience in this room. Our first stay was a very clean room and was satisfactory however this was the total opposite"
