"The hotel itself is generally fine, however excluding 1 staff member (Latina girl with an accent, apologies I meant to get her name, she’s great) the rest of the ladies at the desk are both unhelpful & rude. They spend their entire shifts staring at an iPad with AirPods in & act as if you’ve done them a disservice anytime you approach & they actually have to do their “job”. "Thank you for a lovely stay. The room was clean and tge beds were comfortable. So much so that we slept in a little later than expected. The dining area was bright and spacious.
We didn’t have an opportunity to enjoy the amenities because our stay was short. A great value for the money.
