"The room was outdated, dirty, the shower was dirty and always started with brown water. The balcony was the best feature yet the door didn’t close completely so the room filled with bug… no one slept well."

"They had a nice breakfast. Unfortunately the pool was closed, but I could use the exercise room instead of swimming."

"Only complaint is the ‘brown gravy and biscuits ‘was not as good as the traditional white gravy. The cook/ keeper of the food area was very nice. "

"Easy to load/unload from vehicle to room since parking is adjacent to rooms. Pool was great as was the live band at the on-site huge Tiki bar! Always a great experience at Dolphin Key resort!"

"We were there for a long weekend. Out the door early and in late afternoon so we weren’t there a whole lot. Room was clean, had hot water. And a small kitchenette with fridge. Front staff was awesome! Helped us with restaurant selection and general travel info. We always left too early for the breakfast but did use the kayaks on our last afternoon and that was fun to explore on our own. Nice little pool to relax in at the end of the day as well. "We had originally booked 2 nights. We left early the following morning, even tho we'd paid already. Green algae/slime coating the primary window. The secondary window looked rough; as if it had been broken at some point and poorly replaced. The pillows were quite flimsy so bring your own from home. "Overall experience was ok to good. My wife and I stayed in a beach front room 5th floor. There is no peace or tranquility if you want to sit on the balcony at night. The pool for the kids is very loud and the entertainment whatever it might have been that night just travels right up the building into your room. 2 pools essentially for the kids and 1 adult pool. Adult pool and area pretty small. If you would like to use that pool get your towels and get there early or forget it. The beach is...

"The room was clean and had everything that I needed. The tv is too small it needs to be a 65'. The door to the other unit that is not in use needs taken out as the noises from the othe unit is like they are in the same roon with you. The lighting on the side of the building could be better, but all in all it was ok and I would return again. "
