"We were staying at the Ramada prior to having surgery at Rex Hospital. The check in went well. The room smelled very bad, the carpet was soiled and cut in areas, the sofa was dirty and torn, the bathroom was poorly lit and floors were dirty, tub stained. I would have left if it wasn’t for a 4am wake up to go to the hospital. Do not stay at this hotel."

"The property is in town, so all the LOUD noises coming from outside are right with you. That was manageable.
My major beef was that after 6pm, you will
have to check in through a window, and speak with the staff behind that window.! It was upsetting especially as the weather was a bit nippy.
I'm sure Management has their reasons, but really..it was very unwelcoming."

"The staff was very nice and helpful especially Kristian. We enjoy breakfast as well as the condition and upkeep of our room was very nice parking was good and easy overall it was a 10 out of 10 stay I recommend to anyone but don't get this location confused with the other location because the other location had very bad reviews and we almost didn't stay there because we got the two confused."
