"I thought this was a wonderful place to stay. We had a room in the East Yavapai Lodge 2nd building. The room was clean and quiet. We opted for no daily cleaning, but if we needed an item or something thrown away the staff was always accommodating. I thought the food was really good. "These units were perfect for an adult getaway. Units were perfect for privacy and not crammed. Close to town without being in the middle of all the hustle and bustle of the tourists. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Felt like we were glamping with lots of activities just a short distance away. We stayed here several years ago and found that everything was still maintained. We definitely want to come back to this property."

"0/5 if possible SCAMMERS!! Horrible experience! I stayed here for my birthday the last week of April and after we left we never received the security deposit back (over $100) when there were no damages. I called my bank and my bank sees no history of a release so when I call the hotel manager he or she in not available. I leave a message and no response. It’s been 2weeks and I still don’t have my money back that I was promised. So I was forced to file a claim with my bank to get my deposit back....
