"The air freshener in the lobby was so strong it gave us headaches as soon as we walked in. Elevator fragrance was also strong but smelled different than the lobby. Room could have been cleaner. There was toilet paper fuzz all over the bathroom wall. Mirror wasn’t completely clean. Carpets in hallways and near the elevator were stained and dirty. There was what appeared to be a bullet hole at the top of our room’s window. Back door to property had a sign it was locked 24/7 but was never locked...
