"The bathroom sink drained slowly. The sink was full of water after brushing my teeth or washing my face. The TV remote was dead & thus, we could not watch TV. We got there early & wanted to check in early. The staff said there was a room ready, but it would cost an extra $25. I paid it because we were weary from our long drive from Memphis & were headed to downtown Knoxville. We did not get back to the room until 10:30 pm. I asked the male staff for directions to the KCC & he said he did not...

"The toilet wouldn't flush. Every towel was dirty or stained. The safety lock was missing all together. Stained sheets. Holes in walls."

"I left almost immediately after checking in because the conditions were so bad. Before I even reached the front door, I could smell cigarette smoke. Inside, it was even worse—a strong, stale mixture of cigarette and marijuana smoke throughout the lobby and hallways. The person at the front desk barely spoke to me from behind a mask and, while checking me in, was looking inside what appeared to be a filthy cup. "One towel, 2 pillows for two beds, and they should really be called rag stuffed pillow cases. No fridge, no microwave, tv was so snowy you couldn't see faces. Requested help for TV, requested towels, requested pillows, all requests went unanswered. 80 dollars, would have been more comfortable sleeping in my car and saving the money and discomfort. Wish there had been a 0 star option. Stay clear of this hell hole."
