"Room was spacious enough considering what people say about other hotels in NYC. Staff was as friendly as you will get in NYC, they were courteous changed me from a king to 2 queens per my request without a hitch. Also, the room they originally gave me the carpet was still damp and they just sent me 2 keys for another room immediately and were apologetic. I was very impressed with their service. Also, left our luggages with the bell service since we got to the hotel in the morning and left it...

"The room was a good size with a nice bathroom - all very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good but the restaurant is fairly small and so it can get very busy. Staff were very helpful and made me feel very welcome. The only slight issue was with the lift - it’s a fairly busy hotel with 40+ floors and just 3 lifts. This did mean a fair amount of waiting on lifts but I guess it can’t be helped given the size of the building. All in all - a good stay. Would recommend."

"Wir hatten eine unfassbar tolle Aussicht!! Die Nähe zum world Trade Center war wirklich sehr atemberaubend. Für drei Personen war das Zimmer relativ klein, weil man nur einen Schrank und Nachtschrank hatte. Das ausklappbare Sofa war okay, aber nicht so bequem wie ein normales Bett, wusste ich aber vorher."

Nice updated rooms, large bathroom, and friendly staff. Wish there was a little more offered at the continental breakfast, but that is just nitpicking."

"I stayed April 30 - May 4. On the third night was cold, it was 69 degrees in my room. I called the receptionist to ask about the heat. They said now it’s spring the heat is off. They offered the blanket instead. On the fourth and last night outside was below 50, and in my room was 68 and still no heat😡. I had seen snow in April!!!"

"Nice place to stay near Times Square. They hold the luggage if you arrive early. And the 24 hour parking was a cheaper option than other paid parking in Times Square."
