"Free breakfast is only for 1 guest. When booking hotel that was not clear. Other hotels do not do this. Was very disappointed about this."

"The property itself was okay but wasn’t worth it for the high price. The front desk staff was a bit rude and not accommodating until I mentioned that they was a gold elite Marriott Bonvoy member. The thermostat in the room was very loud and disturbing all night."

"They have a shuttle which is great for the area. It’s cheap and ok. I’ve stayed here multiple times though if that tells you anything."

But the hotel stay was great. Clean, quiet, close to the train and the subway, near tons of restaurants and shops. Would stay there again."
