"The person who was staying above room 214 was making a bunch of noise and sounded like they were running around the room - It was 2am! Made a complaint and asked if we could get a refund for the night or any other accommodations, but all the was offered was a breakfast voucher and a check out extension is 1pm. This was frustrating and handled poorly in my opinion."

"I’ve stayed here before. The check in was “here is your key”. Nothing about breakfast, etc. Seemed like employee did want to be there. First time this had happened. I know we all have bad days, but I’m sure you have a set protocol for check in conversation.
