"Even booking 5 months ahead, I did not get the room with a king bed I paid for. Upon checkin, I was told it would be 2 queen beds, it's a first come first serve basis. Then why book ahead, and pay for what you want? I had to negotiate with front desk, and finally was given a jr suite, but still with 2 queen beds. Restaurant for breakfast hardly open. No one called to follow up on my grievance or if I was happy. Lamps in room didn't work, light socket in bathroom was loose, no housekeeping, that I know of, and the iron had old moldy water in it, brown and dirty. Found out this hotel was bought out by Hilton, so for that level of hospitality the stay was a disappointment. Hilton should be escalating their service and amenities."
"Not prepared to service start of Season large group travelers
Need to keep up with coffee service detail ran out of two self service pots provided for two tour busses, since no where close to pick up quick breakfast at 6am provide something for guests other than 28$ breakfast which there is no time to appreciate
Front desk always seemed confused."
"A bit of an odd or quirky property.
Room felt a tiny bit dusty or something.
Dining room for breakfast was beautiful. Breakfast was awesome!
All kinds of quirky little elements to explore to the hotel.
If you buy the wristband for the reindeer next door, just know you can’t go in their pen. You just go up to the fence and they don’t really come to the fence. But still cool! But I probably would’ve gone to a reindeer farm or did a ‘walk with reindeer’s’ type thing instead."
"People were great, hotel was clean. They put me in a room right next to lobby and as I didn’t get there until 1am I was very tired. Whatever is above that room it was really noisy. Other than that, it was great"
