Holiday Inn Resort The Squire at Grand Canyon by IHG
10/10 Excellent
"This place is amazing! There were elk raising on the flowers right in front of check-in when we came. we had planned to rent bicycles to see the Grand Canyon, but was pleasantly surprised there were E bikes available right on the premises. E bikes are definitely the way to go! My kids got to eat s’mores and watching a movie while playing in the indoor pool which was such a highlight for them. The staff was amazing answering so many questions for me and even providing us a coupon for breakfast. Everything here was just above and beyond expectations."
"The property was amazing however Expedia was not...we arrived after many incorrect arrival dates were sent to us.We tried to correct this and told them that was an old booking that they had updated and sent the new confirmation to our email. They had not updated the new dates on their reservation even though we had a hard copy.Thank you for Daniella in Bright Angel eservations for updating what had to be done at the property and all was saved...EXCEPT Expededia gave her such a run around about what we had paid...for 4 nites even though it had been revised to 3 nights. We will never book with Expedia again since money was never corrected."
"The room was clean, but hot. The air was on, but did not cool the room enough to sleep comfortably. The canyon was gorgeous, of course. The location is great except be aware check in is at the Angle lodge. The good restaurants want a reservation."
"It is old, but the location was breathtaking. Rooms were very small but clean. The morning coffee on the mezzanine was put out late for people starting the day early. The restaurant and the restaurant staff were incredible."
