"The pool was full of screaming kids and the front desk staff were very confusing and slightly rude... Not the general fairmont experience. "

"Our subpar experience started right at check-in when we were ignored by the front desk agent. The valet acknowledged us twice and after the second time, went to find a different front desk agent (who started our check in and then was pushed out of the way by the agent who ignored us). No one answered the room service call so we went down and ordered to go from the restaurant and took it up to our room on our own. On our second evening, I asked front desk to please send up extra towels because...

"Had a two night stay and had the worst hotel experience ever. Night 1 minus 15 outside and patio door would not close properly hence cold draft all night, second day asked to change rooms and they put us in a room with no hot water. Two hours before checkout the next morning hot water worked. Provided us with a free breakfast and didnt charge us for parking….. but charged full price for the two nights. I will never go back."

"Really nice large renovated spacious rooms, large new Smart TV, and the fireplace was so nice on a cold blizzard wintery night. Even though check in was a really frustrating experience Sam the Manager made everything work out for a great full experience. I would stay here again for sure, just wish they had coffee makers in the room. "

"Please DO NOT read and trust reviews! Everyone's experience will never be the same! On our way down, my daughter was reading the reviews and thought that we were checking into a dingy spot! Quite the opposite! Upon entry, the aroma of "clean" hit me! Not like some other musty, smelly, other local hotels where I've stayed and WILL NEVER reoeat! Excellent customer service from front desk staff and breakfast area lady who does the tidying up! I slept peacefully, room was meticulously clean!!!...
