"- Beautiful facility. - Room was nice, unique layout. - Hot tub unfortunately was luke warm at best. - very high nightly fee for Pet policy was not previously disclosed at time of booking, had to spend 1.5 hours of my time at the hotel to argue against the signifivant nightly upcharge for our family pet (miniature schnauzer - hyper allergenic and the do not shed). - Bed far too soft for me, sore back in the morning. - complimentary breakfast was quite good, nice selection."

"Room was spacious and clean with large, comfortable bed. There was a kitchenette with good sized refrigerator which was very handy. Bathroom was roomy but counter space around the sink was quite small. Really impressed with underground parking! Free breakfast was decent with enough to choose from. Over all, our stay met or exceeded expectations. "

"I arrived at 7:30 PM exhausted—front desk staff were great, no complaints there. The hotel is brand new (and very much still in a construction zone), but the real surprise was the youth soccer team treating the lobby like a FIFA training facility—balls flying into glass doors, windows, lights… chaos. The room? Built with what felt like tissue paper. I heard everything—cars, hallway chats, neighboring rooms. Special shoutout to Michelle and her husband—I was fully invested in your evening....

"This hotel was so clean and smelled fresh and lovely. When we got there, they had complimentary soup out for their guests and coffee as well. The pool facilities were clean and towels stocked. The gym facility had lots of typing machines and weights, not just treadmills. The bed linens were so soft and again, just smelled great. We were very impressed and will definitely be staying here again! "

"For convenience of location to be able to shop, see shows, swim, skate, and all dining experience it is excellent .However walls are paper thin and elevators for the past couple of times we stayed seems to be a problem with longer wait times."

"This hotel was hands-down, the cleanest hotel that me and my kids stayed in. And we stayed in two other hotels other than this one. The staff was very nice and really welcoming, and super helpful. They maid turn down service was great, no issues whatsoever. The location was pretty convenient because it was really close to West Edmonton, Mall and Chick-fil-A obviously. "Room was clean and nice for the price, I advised I wanted a late check in which they accommodated, however I kept getting the door knocked on by housekeeping despite telling them I was still in the room so a bit rushed to get out. Amenities appeared to be nice however did not use anything. Outside of the hotel is okay, however several transient drug users have taken to hanging out in the front area, as well as sleeping in the entrance of the Denny's which is attached the to the hotel....

"The proximity to the mall was well worth it but it is clear it's an old building. The walls are paper thin and we had someone stomping above us at 2am and then again at 6am in the morning. You can hear everything. The continental breakfast was not worth it. But the staff tried to be helpful and they were very friendly. The hotel was clean but slightly run down. It was very convenient being so close to the mall."
