"Room was nice and spacious for my kids and I, beds were comfy, even the pull out couch. I noticed the table had not been wiped, and the floors hadnt been swept. But it was mostly clean throughout the suite. There is a rather large gap under the doors, which definitely allows you to hear everything in the hallway and everyone to hear you. Luckily most were respectful. And parking in the garage was tough coming in from the cold because its so humid down there, my windows fogged up completely...

"I had a great stay at this hotel. My room was spotless and very well maintained, which made it easy to relax right away. The staff were friendly and always ready to help with anything I needed. The breakfast buffet was an excellent way to start the day. Hot food, fresh fruit and is one of the reasons I’d definitely stay here again."

"The property was easy to access and the rooms were nice. Staff were excellent, check-in was accommodated early, which was greatly appreciated. The bathroom doors in room left little to the imagination and I was hoping for smoothies at breakfast as I saw them advertised through pictures, but was disappointed. Overall the stay was good! "

"We stayed in Edmonton for a weekend mini family vacay. We were happy with our 2 bedroom suite. Beds were fantastic. Loved the sliding patio doors and opening windows. Suite was spacious and we were very happy to come back to a large suite rather than the classic small 2 bed hotel room. Some room for improvement in the cleaning but I seem to notice everything. All in all we had a fantastic stay and have already recommended Canterra Suites to friends and family who’d want to tour West Ed Mall,...

"Very clean, although highly chlorinated. If you are sensitive to strong detergents, then this is not a place for you. Not sure if they would accommodate your needs on this regard. "

"This hotel is only for those wanting to stay on Whyte Ave, stayed here two weekends in a row and both rooms were lacking (bedding, broken coffee maker, hole in the shower wall, etc). First room was very clean but second had what appeared to be blue toothpaste on the floor and vanity. It was cleaned up with a facecloth but not what you want to see in a “clean room”."

"Booked a king jacuzzi suite. Showed up at the hotel and was told they had a plumbing issue and had to downgrade me. How about some notification? Room is outdated and probably not renovated in 20 years . I would never stay here again "
