"Everything clean. Staff friendly and always on site."

"We had booked a 2 double bed room. Two adults and 2 children (ages 10 and 12). It was our mistake that we thought it was 2 queen beds. It was not very comfortable for a family of 4 to sleep on 2 double beds, instead of 2 queen. It was admittedly our mistake on the booking, but they also do NOT have a room with 2 queen beds available. So, it probably is not as suitable for a family of 4 trying to stay in the same room."

"The room description said city view, we looked outside and saw a warehouse out the windows, definitely shouldn't be classified as city view. There was a concert in a banquet room under us, at 845am they began testing music extremely loudly and saying testing for 1 hour, so loud it was as if they were in our room we were trying to sleep in and that ended that fast. That night the concert actually happened and it was extremely loud in our room until 1130pm. Do not stay in 253 or that end of the...

"We stayed in the 3 bedroom suite and it was great. Our only negatives were the size of the coffee pot and the fact that they only gave you one coffee pouch (technically 2 but one was decaf) there should be a full size coffee pot for a three bedroom suite. And there should be paper towel available, especially if there is only one tea towel. Otherwise this property is amazing and we would stay again. "
