All of the staff were super kind and helpful as well. "I gave it only 4 stars on two categories because the property was having big renovations while we stayed. Our room was very nice, but the hot water for the shower only got warm enough to shower, not hot - probably because of the construction. We chose this because we went to a Pirates game and it was great for that. I would stay there again if we went to another Pirates game, but not until the construction work was complete."
