"We reserved two rooms for our family, and unfortunately, the A/C and heater were not working in one of them. We were moved to another room, but after maintenance arrived and repaired the unit, we were asked to move back, even after already settling in. After all the trouble, we did not get the correct type of room but the next day, they switched to the type of the room we needed and it was perfect. They were so friendly and willing to help that it made our stay special. "

"Orange juice was delicious. I like their Florida's brand. Hot tub was warm but be extra careful not to slip on wet area everywhere on the pool side. Three people almost fell. Bed was comfortable, but not the pull out bed from the couch. Parking is not free. You have to pay $23 to park at the hotel. "
