"There was mold on the walls around my whole room. The property was old. The staff switched me to a new room which seemed older and never offered assistance to help with my luggage. Very disappointed. "
"Check in was great although the staff member didn’t say a word to me. Steven was a valet I think, he was at the elevator to the hotel and was incredible. He offered many places to see and ways to leave the city during rush hour. He’s a gem. "
"Where do I begin? The front desk - very nice- the bartenders- great- the room service (when they had enough staff to order) great- the guy who had to jimmy rig the hotel door to the pool - also great- door to pool was propped open with a trash can - the breakfast I paid for wasn’t an option- Buffett wasn’t available one of the days, the service in the restaurant was less than sub par. We will never stay at this property again. Bathrooms are so tiny, the rooms are dated…this place needs a facelift and more employees. Disappointed for sure! The valet guys were the amazing! "
