"Very pleased "

"Enjoyed the pool and the beautiful room. Towels and bedding were amazing. Had a great sleep both nights. Breakfast included was very good but I am not fussy - had eggs, sausage, fruit, toast and you could make your own waffle. The hotel exceeded my expectations, especially after reading some reviews. I was a bit concerned about staying downtown but honestly it was not a problem! Just go and enjoy the Radisson! Staff were very nice and helpful as I always demagnetize my key card. "

"I stay at Best Western properties more than any other now because of their cleanliness and maintenance standards. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful. Also appreciate the free breakfast each morning. "

"Rooms are a little outdated for what you pay. Breakfast is as expected, however, dishes get piled and left too long and items (cream, jam) don’t get replenished quick enough or they advise that they have run out (which is not acceptable in my opinion). Otherwise, great place to stay! Staff is friendly and complimentary firewood is a bonus 👌 Overall, 4 stars"
