"Poor amenities in the bathroom. We actually had to go out and buy body wash, shampoo and conditioner. The room was clean but had an unpleasant mothball scent. To get to the limited breakfast which was toast, stale mini muffins, corn flakes and a chocolate kind but no milk. I thought they would at least have some bagels or yogurt. "With the local road construction completed, the property is more accessible. Recent security changes are positive. Room was quiet and comfortable. Very attentive and efficient staff serve a nice breakfast that is convenient and quick. "

"The hotel was located in the downtown section. Dining nearby. Inconvenience was the ramp was out of service so had to carry luggage from car park. Not a big problem. The cooling system didn’t appear to work, so we opened the window. Breakfast was typical but sufficient. Beds were comfortable. Very few plug-ins for devices."

"Great location makes it easy to get to most everything on the south side of Sudbury, all necessities in driving or walking distance. The only thing negative for me was the hallways are very dimly lit. The outside areas was covered in snow but the Motel is located on a raised area with very easy access and great view."
