"Hill view with balcony is actually view of parking lot. No elevators. The many stairs going down to beach are uneven with no railing. Restaurant and outdoor patio were nice. Worst part of resort are rooms and room service. Walls are paper thin. Everything (unfortunately) could be heard in neighbour’s room especially through large gap under adjoining room doors where we stuffed towels. The door to hallway also had a large gap and you can hear everyone’s conversation in their rooms. Room...

"Couch was not very comfy but the stay is really nice, it has everything you need for a family. The only thing I would have done differently is bring a fire stick or Roku for the TV. The amenities were lovely with great hours of operation, and you're only minutes for the blue mountain village"

"Overall it was a very dissapointing visit to the JW Marriott LR. This is certainingly not a premium experience of a JW. The property is tired and in need of a renovation. The food selection and quality was quite poor and very expensive. I don't mind paying the higher cost, however when the quality is poor, it does not feel good. The hotel also seemed to be quite understaffed in the restaurants and reception. Front desk check-in took almost twenty minutes with only 3 check-in stations, which is...

"My husband and I enjoyed the canoeing and bonfire. The place is clean and maintained properly. The resort staff are very friendly. It's also near the Towerhill and West Parry sound district museum. Hope the amenities will get a chance for an upgrade."

"A great way to experience Muskoka for a weekend. A little pricy for the overall quality of the amenities and food - $21 breakfast buffet was less than many included hotel breakfasts, pontoon boat tour guide was excellent but seats were ripped, lack of useable outlets in rooms doesn't reflect current need for charging phones etc."
