"We got our room upgraded because the hotel was full by the time we arrived, which was quite late. Amazing room and they even gave us a later checkout to hel with our travel itinerary."

"Pros: spacious room, excellent hotel staff Cons: food is terrible. We ordered steaks for dinner and it was the toughest pieces of meat we had in our lives. For breakfast, it took 20 min to sit us ( there was no receptionist…); table linens were stained, we opted for breakfast buffet, and the “ limited choice” would be a compliment, not a single piece of cheese or vegetables, few very sad looking pastries. "

"The spa was great!! Our room was dated and the bathroom shower spilled water all over the floor. Beds are comfortable, and staff super friendly and accommodating."

"We booked a king bed and a couch area. We got a room with no couch. They kindly moved us to a 2 queen beds. But it would have been nice to have our sitting area we booked. Just space for our daughter to play. Other that nice hotel!"

"Older hotel but well kept with all the amenities you could dream of. Close proximity to blue mountain. Awesome staff and amazing restaurant on sight "

"Outstanding service - above and beyond any I've experienced at other hotels- consistently helpful, respectful and warm - from personal email pre-check-in, to front desk check-in and speedy and attentive response to every request through our stay. Plus of course absolutely beautiful setting and grounds, spacious and comfortable suite. My adult daughters and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning."

"Incredible location. We had our own cabin which was very clean and had excellent beds. The place in general didn't have a lot to do at this time in the season but made up for it with beautiful views and proximity to other amenities The pool was fine. Not too warm and the water was quite cloudy Breakfast was good. Lunch took far too long to serve. An hour wait with us being the only people there isn't great Overall it is a nice place to stay and everything is taken care of"
