"This hotel needs a serious revamp. Very jaded building and rooms"

"Place looks amazing from the outside and you don't get dissapointed when u step in. Only two or three things that need improving 1. The toilet doesn't have enough flushing power, sometimes you will need to flush twice 2. The shower enclosure could be bigger. 3. The door to the room rattles at times. Most likely due to another room to be opened. Apart from the above, the service given by the owners were great and I will recommend coming to this place as its also very close to the town."

"First things first. Hands down the best dinner we had in Iceland. There was considerable conversation about trying to recreate it at home. We ate family style and the meal was bountiful. The Wilderness Center is a drive from the Ring Road, a bit out of the way if you don't have time to smell the roses.
