"We reserved a queen deluxe but when we checked in we were told there weren't any availabe and the a reservation wasn't actually a guarantee you would get a room (what??) I said we would take a different room as long as it could fit three, so she finally found us a deluxe king with a pullout sofa. Ok, we can deal with that. But we went out to do stuff and didn't think to check or ask until it was time to go to bed - there were no sheets or blankets in the room for the pull out. It was pas 1am at this point, so I didn't want to call down to ask for a blanket, so we just pulled the top sheet off the bed and used that for the sofa bed. That was really uncool. Then in the morning I took a shower, only to find there was no hair dryer. I have literally never stayed at hotel in the last 30 years that doesn't have a hair dryer! I had to go out in the 30 degree weather with wet hair. Super, super disappointed by these things. On the bright side, the kids entertain area was awesome, and we encountered some top-notch staff: David, our server at Chickie & Pete's was absolutely awesome and so was Trinity at Sensology. I would come back here again, I'm willing to give GSR another shot, but if I had the same room issues, that would be the last time!"

"There was nothing in the kitchen, no coffee maker of any kind, and no hair dryer. I would at least expect a coffee maker and a hairdryer. The beds were very comfortable and the room was clean, but TV was too small for the room and was hard to see from the beds. I really wanted to love this place so we could come back again and again, but I need to think about it. "

"The room was Great! Clean. We only stayed one night but overall it was good. It would have been nice if there was body soap and we're able to connect to the wifi with only one device, our other devices could not connect after. It didn't really bother us since it was just a short stay. Communication can be improved. I would stay here again if in town."

"These rooms were very small. We were traveling for sports and had 2 adults and 2 children. Super tight squeeze. I did not notice when booking they were not queen beds they were double beds which did not accomodate us well. We survived but wish i would have noticed because 3 nights was rough with 4 in a room. "
