"It was ok, room was clean but we stayed 3 nights and they never came to clean the room or give us fresh towels"

"Having everything in one place makes your stay absolutely comfortable. Room was clean, it was very spacious, beds were so comfortable. You literally don't need to go out of Resort if you don’t need to. "

"Hotel/casino is very clean. Comfortable beds. Plenty of pillows. Clean bathroom. They have laundry facilities, which we did not use. Ice machine on all floors. The parking area does fill up quick because of the casino. They should really have a designated parking area for hotel tenants. There is a marina behind the hotel that was a walking trail. I saw people fishing there too. There are also plenty of places to eat around the hotel/casino. "

"The hotel was nice and staff were accommodating. The restaurant on site, “Gambis” was very tasty. However, my only complaint was that the pool and hot tub were closed and this was not disclosed when I booked the room. The temperature in Reno when we stayed was high 80s/low 90s so we were disappointed about that. Overall it was a nice stay for the price point. Would I stay again? Yes, but after May once the pool and hot tub are open. "
