"Room clean and was provided with towels, tea/coffee, soap, shower caps etc. WiFi was easy to connect to. Got an upgrade which was lovely! The best part our holiday was the hotel! The bar in the evening has live music performances. Also very close to shops for groceries if needed."

"Our room was super clean and well equipped. We booked a studio room for 3 adults but found it a little on the small size for us, however we managed. What can i say about the staff...absolutely fabulous and just couldnt do enough to help. Made our trip so much easier "

"We had pre-booked a twin bedded room; when we arrived, it was a double; the receptionist tried to move the beds apart but couldn't as there was a double fitted sheet keeping them together. He thought that moving the beds would be acceptable until we pointed out that there was only one base sheet and one duvet ! We asked for someone to change the beds before we accepted the room: this took a long time. The receptionist was not very friendly: we knew that we had to pay 1 euro tourist tax but he "told" us (like we were children) that we had to pay it...not nice. There was no toilet roll in the room (we had to ask for some), only one set of towels (for two people) and we had to ask how to lock the room. The hotel was noisy with other guests but the staff didn't seem to challenge this behaviour...disappointing."

Despite reporting this to staff, who promised to contact maintenance, the issue was never addressed. After 48 hours without a follow-up, we stopped requesting assistance. Facilities & Service Staff: The team was generally friendly, though the lack of follow-through on maintenance requests suggests a breakdown in internal communication. Breakfast: The breakfast was excellent and stood out as a highlight of the stay. Pool & Parking: While the pool was open, it was unheated. On-site parking is available but difficult to navigate and not ideally designed. Noise & Location As we visited during the off-season, there was active construction on the premises. "A 3 night stay All Inclusive to visit some of Malta’s famous history. Overall the Qawra Palace is superb base, though it’s a big hotel which takes some navigating at first. I also must say it’s very busy, especially in the restaurant - we visited in Feb so I can only imagine what it is like peak season. The rooms are clean but I’m glad we upgraded to a sea view. The food is varied, good quality & plentiful. If you are staying in the cooler months, the sun shines a lot longer on floor 11, where you’ll find the rooftop pool. "

"The room was large and quiet at night. The bed was very comfortable and enormous and there was also a comfy settee from which we could watch tv. It had a nice balcony looking down to the sea. Excellent breakfast."
