"Our room was very clean besides normal wear and tear of a hotel room. The hotel is very nicely decorated. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and thorough with information. The breakfast was pretty decent for a hotel, it was nice to have a warm meal for breakfast before heading out. The coffee tasted great, breakfast does have smaller options to choose from but none the less it was still great. The pool was very fun, they have a kind of hot tub section, separate from the actual pool...

"Stay was no as envisioned as upon arrival I was told there is no pool access Monday-Wednesday(makes no sense) which is one of the reasons the property was initially chosen. Stay was reduced from 3 nights to 2 nights but charged for 3 nights with a staff that was unwilling to extend any accommodations to a lifelong Bonvoy member"

"Pillows were very small and worn out. Bathroom fan was extremely loud and will wake a person sleeping if somebody attempts to use the toilet. Staff were great, but some of the items at the breakfast buffet were not fresh."
