"I would like to share my honest feedback regarding my recent stay.
The room was clean and well-maintained, which I appreciated. However, there was a continuous noise coming from an area near the entrance of the room, across from the bathroom door. The sound resembled running water and never seemed to stop, even during the night.
Unfortunately, this significantly impacted our stay. We were traveling with a baby, and both the noise and the difficulty sleeping became a major issue for our family. A good night's sleep is one of the most important aspects of any hotel stay, and this problem greatly affected our comfort.
I was also disappointed with the in-room coffee station. It contained only one tea bag, two cups, and three coffee packets, all of which were decaffeinated. A more complete selection would have been appreciated.
Additionally, the view from Room 401 was not particularly enjoyable and fell below what I expected from this property.
While I appreciate the cleanliness of the room and the efforts of the staff, the constant noise issue had a substantial negative impact on our overall experience. I hope the hotel can investigate this issue for future guests and consider an appropriate gesture to address the inconvenience caused during our stay."
