"Clean rooms and staff was great"

"The location was great and we’ll be staying again! The restaurant staff - two women in the front of the house, we so friendly and helpful. The reception staff was great, and our shuttle was ready at 4:00am. The pool and jacuzzi was nice too! Our granddaughters came over and swam for close to two hours."

"The staff is amazing from the moment you arrive Everett greets you and goes above and beyond to answer any questions we had. The lobby is beautiful as is the entire hotel. Fireplaces are everywhere, including the rooms. We had a problem with the tv and Nick was there in a minute to pull the tv down and get things back up and running. The Boat House restaurant and bar was top notch, Reed was awesome and had the best drink recommendations. We were celebrating our 20th anniversary and everyone...

"The room was very clean and spacious with nice amenities. The restaurant had great food and friendly service. The only complaints were the heater wasn’t working in our room, even though they tried to fix it, and our room was very close to the front desk so it was noisy. We did get an extra blanket and if I would have thought of it, I could have brought ear plugs!!! The views were spectacular!"
