"The staff were perfect when it comes to customer service Hilton couldn’t have asked for a better team!! The hotel itself was immaculate and the pool for my 3 boys was pretty impressive it was so blue and clean and HUGE we loved it. The breakfast every morning was by far the best no other hotel can compare in my opinion ; )"

"My AC was not working and the hotel could not move me to another room because they were sold out. When entering my room i did notice that the electrical breaker was open. I still wondered the hotel staff knew and still booked the room. I had 2 babys and a diabetic person with me. This was during a heat wave. I checked out early and left and requested a refund. I could not get a refund and had to scramble finding a hotel because expedia or the hotel could not help me find one. This was the worst experience i ever had. I am never booking with expedia or a Marriott again. "

"I feel a little bad giving a bad review since some of the staff were nice, but the carpet was worn all the way through in at least one place. It could have been a lot cleaner and our bath room had a plumbing issue and smelled like raw sewage. They did move us to another room which was nice but no real apology. "
