"Whether you are passing through, staying for Cooperstown All-Star Villiage, or Dreams Park, this is a great location. Its an historic home with modern functionality, and Matt is an awesome host. There was a delicious, real home cooked breakfast each morning, and he provides great recommendations for dining, and desserts, all just a short drive from the property."

"The proprty is dated but seems to have been under some renovation. The room was small but clean. There was continuous rain so the flooring felt damp. The shower had minimal water pressure. Breakfast was pre-packaged loaf slices, juice boxes and coffee requested through "slips". Skip the lemon and go for the pumokin loaf slice. "

"The accommodations and friendly Staff were very Good. The Hotel exterior needs to be freshly painted for better appearance and the driveway and parking lot is FULL of very LARGE Potholes needing to be repaved. Our Room was very clean and the beds were Very comfortable I slept very well each night. Room rates were competitive. The Location is very convenient to state highway access and to Oneonta Downtown Restaurants which we really enjoyed as well as Cooperstown All Star Village which we visited during our 5 night stay. Again, we LOVED the Room decor and the Friendly Staff."

"This was such a sweet and serene location! The studio we stayed in was perfectly clean, beautiful decorated and just the size we needed for this family trip. The view of the woods was stunning and though we weren't able to use the pool this time around we will be coming to stay again and take advantage.
Just beautiful ❤️"
