The staff were excellent (i arrived with food poisoning from elsewhere) and the plain food that the chef made for me to help me recover was utterly ideal. "Upon arrival we had to wait for the receptionist Racida for 30’minutea to show up. Instead of apologizing she started to raise her volume to explain why she left, despite us specifically mentioning the time of arrival. We called the owner to complain and she didn’t seem to care. We had very low speed internet signal in the studio, with WiFi frequently disconnecting; we got anywhere from 1 to 11 mbps, due to a low power WiFi extender. We experienced nightly power cuts - no automatic power backup....

Plusieurs jours sans wifi, quand la wifi est présente on ne capte pas dans tout l'hôtel, au début j'avais eu problème de clim on a du me changé de chambre, pas de tv dans les chambres seul 2 membres du personnels parle français si ils ne sont pas là 😅 "
