"We requested a late checkin as we did not arrive till after 10pm. Staff was very accomodating and it went without a hitch. Great view from our 5th floor rooms."
"PROS:
Nice room, with a fab bed and mattress. Lovely and clean, also had a fridge which we were grateful for as it was super warm out. Staff friendly and helpful. There was flavoured water in the reception for guests to drink. Good value for money hotel. Enjoyed our stay there. Would possibly stay again.
CONS:

"Really beautiful hotel , stunning , room are nice too. Breakfast buffet is really good but restaurants a little pricey but many option to dine in Munster ."
"This was one of the nicest hotels I've stayed at, and especially for the decent price it was. Clean, modern, great breakfast and a 10 minute walk to the city core. "
"Room was ok. Workable for our overnight stay during a roadtrip.
The compound was pretty but the hotel building and corridors had a strong unpleasant smell of cleaning products.
Staff is friendly. "
"Great location to stay for any reason (work, leisure, tourism). Large, clean and cozy rooms. Can't evaluate the restaurant because it was closed for "ruhetag"."
"In general wasnt that bad, the service was very nice, polite. However, the room is more to stay for a night but not to have nice relaxing time. THe dinner was terrible, again, service nice, but food wasnt good. However, the room was clean, bathroom small but also clean. "
