The place was ok. Clean, older, and Ok. The bathrooms had liquid soap and shampoo in a packet and we only received one of them for 2 people. No face clothes, but that is typical for Europe. The beds were low as there is no box spring. No top sheet, just a duvet cover which stinks, but typical now a days. No elevator. The breakfast was also just ok, maybe a 7 on a 1 to 10 scale. Thet offered minimal fresh fruit, a couple cheeses and runny eggs. There were a few donuts, bread and croissants. The parking stinks as the lot close to the door is shared with a condo so you fight for spots with the homeowners. They have parking in front of the restaurant on the opposite side of the building, but you have to walk on a busy road to get to it since on off hours, the doors to get out are locked from the restaurant. This would be a fire hazard in the states. The good thing about the hotel is its location on top of a mountain near some great skiing. The castle has charm which is nice. The bartender was nice to talk to on Saturday night. He likes the Celtics like I do and he is quite the financial investor. Not sure if I'd stay there again, but it was a nice experience overall.

Brilliantly located with free outdoor parking. Really loved the views and location. Room was good. but a bit dated. Not really an issue as it added to the character. Bed was super comfortable, shower was also excellent. A great place to stay for anyone visiting Carezza.

Increíble.

Una estancia increíble. La propiedad es en realidad un castillo y tiene mil antigüedades. Se come delicioso, en especial el maiale, es de otro nivel. Michela lo máximo, ayudó mucho en todo lo que necesitaba y me explicó todo para que no me confundiera en nada. En general, todo el personal fue muy amable todo el tiempo. El desayuno muy rico también. Como contras, hay muy poco personal para un lugar tan grande, lo que hace que a veces tarde un poco el servicio (digo tardar dentro de la definición de puntualidad europea), pero honestamente 10/10.

Dårlig hotell, styr unna.

Resepsjonen ante ikke noe om turløyper og var generelt rett og slett sure. Det samme med personal på pizzarestaurant i kjelleren. Personal ante ingenting om omgivelsene. Frokosten var av det meget enkle slaget. STYR UNNA dette hotellet om du kan. Det har hatt sine glansdager.

Splendida struttura dalle sembianze di un castello (oppure in passato è stato realmente un castello) posizionata in posizione strategica nella parte alta della cittadina di Carezza. La camera delle dimensioni giuste ha soddisfatto pienamente le nostre esigenze. Il bagno, ristrutturato di recente, seppur piccolino è dotato di doccia molto larga e confortevole. Nonostante le temperature che la notte hanno raggiunto valori negativi la camera è stata sempre alla temperatura giusta anche grazie alle valvole termostatiche applicate ai termosifoni. Il trattamento di mezza pensione ha soddisfatto il palato sia mio sia di mia moglie. La colazione è stata molto varia per soddisfare il palato degli ospiti stranieri e degli ospiti italiani. Il personale della struttura è sempre stato molto gentile ed educato nell'illustrare le attrattive della località e delle opportunità di svago sia interne (biliardo, sauna) sia esterne. Situato a 2 passi dalle piste del passo Costalunga e dalle piste di Carezza, ha soddisfatto pienamente le nostre aspettative. Lo consiglio vivamente agli amanti dello sci per la vicinanza degli impianti, delle ciaspolate per la presenza di numerosi sentieri del CAI, e per gli amanti della tranquillità grazie alla posizione collinare lontano dal trambusto degli impianti.

Kleinigkeiten wie in jedem Hotel die feinen Ecken und Kanten in der Dusche leicht braun oder schwarz. Könnte man mal nacharbeiten mit einer Bürste. Sonst alles super. Sehr gutes abwechslungsreiches Frühstück. Nebenan im "Hennenstall" kann man sehr gut zu Abend essen. Schöne urige Wirtschaft.

Bela posiçäo Hotel razoavel Esperava melhor

Localização espetacular com bela vista. O exterior do hotel parece bem melhor e não condiz com o interior que merece ser atualizado. Quarto muito compacto, cama baixa TV fixada na parede muito no alto, não possui frigo no quarto. Banheiro OK, ducha muito boa. Café da manhã razoavel, sucos industriais esperava natural. Paes e doces nao parecem feitos no dia. A atendente da recepção não foi muito gentil e pouco auxilia quando perguntada, sugiro orienta-la melhor como atender o cliente. Na reserva Hotels me informaram que pagaria €4 no total como taxa de soggiorno ...na recepção tive que pagar na chegada €11,40 !!!

Langt oppe på bjerget

Skønt sted med kobjældeklang og hestevrinsk på anden side af vejen. Vi så frem til et hotelophold i bjergene, og fik nok husets dårligste udsigt, til gengæld kunne vi da holde øje med bilen hele natten (hvilket dog ikke virkede nødvendigt her). Udmærket morgenmad med høflig betjening.
